Town of Grand Coulee

Emergency Services

Welcome to the Grand Coulee Emergency Services (GCES). We serve both the Town of Grand Coulee and the surrounding area. GCES is dispatched by Regina EMS and provincial 911 service that uses the provincial P25 radio system. The department responds to a variety calls every year including fire, medical, and motor vehicle collisions.

The GCES consists of a director of emergency services, fire chief, first responder coordinator(s), fire training captain, first responders and firefighters.

GCES apparatus include:

  • Class 1 Pumper – 1997 Freightliner with 1000 gallon tank
  • Rapid Response Command Unit – 2014 Dodge with 100 gallon premix foam tank
  • Wildland Response Unit – 2007 Dodge with 100 gallon premix foam tank
  • Fire trailer with 500 gallon water tank
