For anyone who has a sasktel.net email address and receives their utility bills from the Town via email, our messages to you may be getting listed as spam by SaskTel once again. Utility bills were sent out on Friday, July 2, 2021 and will be sent out again on Tuesday, August 3, 2021
To correct this you will need to login to your SaskTel email account by visiting webmail.sasktel.net/. Once logged in, navigate to the Spam folder. If you find an email from the Town in there, select it and mark it as safe or not as spam. For more information view SaskTel’s Support Post or contact SaskTel Support directly.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we are able to do to resolve this issue. Another option, is to change the email address used to receive our message to another provider like gmail. Please contact the office if you need to update the address we have on file.
