Surprise Donation from TC Energy

On November 17th, TC Energy delivered a surprise donation to the Grand Coulee Emergency Services. The donation, a new-to-us Dodge 1500, will be used as a rapid response unit. This unit is able to provide overland fire suppression services or act as a command unit, depending on the emergency situation needs.
