Due to the last evenings rainfall, the dust control application will begin this morning, June 17th, around 9 am. Please do your best to avoid work crews and areas where the dust control product has been applied. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.

PUBLIC NOTICE: ROAD MAINTENANCE SCHEDULED
Please be advised that road maintenance will begin next week in our community. The work will proceed in the following phases:
1. Road grading is scheduled for June 15 to June 17 (weather permitting).
Please use extra caution when driving on freshly graded roads. The smooth surface created by grading is easily disturbed until dust control has been applied. Tire ruts, sharp turns, and unnecessary traffic can leave permanent marks that reduce the quality of the finished road. Your patience and careful driving during this period will help us achieve the best possible results.
2. Application of water and dust control – June 18 (weather permitting).
To help ensure this work is completed efficiently and safely, residents are asked to keep all roads clear of vehicles and other obstructions during the maintenance period.
Extra parking will be available at Memorial Park until the maintenance is completed.
Please follow all traffic signs and road closures.
