Water Works Information

We are pleased to introduce the preauthorized debit payment option for your convenience in managing utility and property tax payments. Preauthorized debit allows you to have your payments automatically debited from your account.

To enroll in preauthorized debit, simply fill out the form provided and submit it to our office. You can attach a voided cheque, obtain a debit form from your financial institution, or ensure that you fill in the banking information fully on the form.

The first payment will commence on June 10th. To ensure inclusion in the system, please submit your form no later than May 21st, 2024.

You have the flexibility to choose preauthorized debit for either property taxes, utilities, or both. Forms are available on our website or can be obtained from our office.

The Water Security Agency 2023 Drinking Water Quality and Compliance Report requires that at least once a year waterworks owners (Town of Grand Coulee) provide notification to consumers of the quality of water produced and supplied, as well as information on the performance of the waterworks in submitting samples as required by the “Permit to Operate Waterworks”.  This is to notify, pursuant to these regulations, that a summary of the Town of Grand Coulee’s water quality and sample submission compliance record for the January 1st 2023 to December 31st 2023 time period is now available at the Town Office. This information can also be seen online at www.saskh20.ca.
