Resident Information

Welcome to Grand Coulee! In order to setup your utility account I need the following information:

1. Full name of resident(s) to be listed on the bill (often the same as the names on the property title).
2. Mailing address or Email address where the monthly bill should be sent.
3. Please complete the utilities registration form below and return it to the town office.

For the tax account, you don’t have to do anything. Once Land Title (ISC) processes the change of ownership, they will notify me directly to update our information.

 

Couple of other items I like to mention to new residents:

1. To change your address\get a local mailbox, you will need to call Canada Posts 1-800 customer service number. There are some FAQs on my website that may be helpful to you.
2. We do actual meter readings every three months here, but you are welcome to send in your meter reading every month if you wish. If you want to take part in this, let me know if you would like to receive the monthly email reminder for this.
3. The Town is active on Facebook and produces a monthly electronic newsletter. I encourage you to follow us and\or sign up to the newsletter.
4. Visit our website for more information including: garbage and recycling collection schedule, additional garbage or recycling bins, free dog licenses, and more!
